What are Microgreens?
Microgreens basically are baby veggies that look like a stem with two little leaves (called Cotyledon), and usually served as salad or garnish in more trendy restaurants. You can buy Microgreens in farmers markets or organic sections of grocery stores, just don't be surprise, they are pretty pricey.
In this hands on workshop you will:
Learn how to grow your own Microgreens
Learn how to care for them (in the 7-14 days of their plant lives)
Learn how to use them (eat/serve them, basically)
