Grow Microgreens

  • Glendora Gardens Nursery 1132 South Grand Avenue Glendora, CA, 91740 United States (map)

What are Microgreens?

Microgreens basically are baby veggies that look like a stem with two little leaves (called Cotyledon), and usually served as salad or garnish in more trendy restaurants. You can buy Microgreens in farmers markets or organic sections of grocery stores, just don't be surprise, they are pretty pricey.

In this hands on workshop you will:

  • Learn how to grow your own Microgreens

  • Learn how to care for them (in the 7-14 days of their plant lives)

  • Learn how to use them (eat/serve them, basically)

  • Learn the health benefits of consuming Microgreens

    • Guest Speaker: Sophie Hung, MPH, RDN, CPT

  • Get to know the big world of Microgreens - their many types and flavor

  • Save money and learn how you can grow Microgreens affordably and eco-friendly.

Registration is $50.
Past (paid) workshop participants receive $5 off registration. Sign up via email to
